Radix Engineering and Software Development ("Radix" or "Company"), want to indicate personal data we have and what we do with it. After all, we care about the privacy of our users, and we know how important it is to have personal data protected. We only process personal data as long as they are necessary and appropriate for its purpose while observing the legal bases of the processing. PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Supplied directly by you:

  •  Name, email, title, and company to send Newsletter and information about our events.
  • If you no longer wish to receive our communication, please inform us by emailing dpo@radixeng.com.br or by Opting out on the email itself.


Treated indirectly:

  •  To comply with the legal obligation of the Civil Framework of the Internet (art. 15), we collect the date, time and IP of the
  •  accesses to the site.


Sharing:

  • The RD Station content platform management and event information and Newsletter. Although RD Station manages these activities, it is prohibited by contract from using your data for any other purposes.
  • We do not market your data to third parties.


YOUR RIGHTS

You, as the holder of your personal data, have the right to determine what can be shared. The Internet Civil Framework and other legal diplomas already ensure that you have clear information about the collection, use, storage and protection of personal data on the Internet (Article 7, VIII). The General Data Protection Act (LGPD) extends these rights (Article 18).

The LGPD guarantees that the holder of personal data has at any time and upon request:


  • Confirm the existence of treatment
  • Access to data
  • Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
  • Block or delete unnecessary, excessive, or process data in non-compliance with the General Data Protection Act
  • Portability of data to another service provider or product, by express request, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, in compliance with trade and industrial confidential information
  • Eliminate personal data processed with the consent of the holder, except in the cases of compliance with legal or regulatory obligation by the controller and study by research body, ensuring the anonymization of personal data whenever possible
  • Transfer to a third party, provided that compliance with the data processing requirements set out in the General Data Protection Law or exclusive use of the controller, has been restricted by third party, and provided that the data are anonymous
  • Inform public and private entities with which the controller made shared use of data
  •  Inform possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of the negative
  • Revoke consent, by free and facilitated procedure, specified under the support of the previously expressed consent
